I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was perfect, right next to Łazienki park, but the rooms are desperately in need of a refresh. The service was exceptional, with the staff happy to accommodate requests, yet I encountered some issues with the bar staff. Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms on the 4th floor were nice and of good standard but lacked some essential accessories like bathrobes, sauna sleepers, and towels for two. The service was fabulous and extremely helpful, though not very friendly at times. The location, a little far from the center, was still convenient, being a ten-minute bus ride to central rail station and other sites. The dining experience was of high quality with a good variety, but not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor hiccups.
